Opulenz by SuperShy is a luxury retail brand committed to delivering 100% authentic designer perfumes, handbags, and watches. As we prepare to launch our Gwarinpa boutique, we are seeking a smart and dependable Sales Representative to grow with our brand and deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Job Summary

• We are looking for a smart, stylish, and trustworthy female sales representative who is passionate about luxury fashion and customer service.
• This individual will be responsible for in-store sales, customer engagement, and brand representation on social media.
• The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, organized, and eager to grow with the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers with product selection in a courteous and professional manner
• Drive in-store sales and maintain accurate records of transactions and stock
• Organize and maintain clean, visually appealing product displays
• Handle customer orders, personalized gifting, and pre-order services
• Manage social media pages (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, etc.)—including content creation, customer response, and promotions
• Provide basic product knowledge and brand story to educate clients
• Collect and relay customer feedback to improve service quality
• Maintain high standards of honesty, integrity, and confidentiality
• Support boutique operations, including opening/closing, inventory checks, and vendor coordination
• Uphold the image and values of the Opulenz brand

Requirements

• Minimum of an OND or equivalent
• Fluent in English; Hausa speaking ability is a strong advantage
• Presentable, with good grooming and fashion awareness
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be social media literate (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok & WhatsApp Business especially)
• Must be punctual, well-organised, and self-driven
• Ability to work independently and take initiative
• Experience in retail, fashion, or hospitality is a plus
• Must reside within or near Gwarinpa/Abuja and be available for full-time work
• Must be willing to work Mondays to Saturdays (Sundays off).

Benefits

• Gross Monthly Salary: N50,000 – N70,000 / Month(based on experience)
• Additional benefits after 6-month satisfactory probation
