EASI8 was established in 1982 to start providing pool tables to the South African Bar & Restaurant industry so that the patrons could have a more enjoyable experience when having an evening out. The success of this initiative has seen EASI8 grow to be the largest supplier of Coin Operated Pool tables in Africa over the last 36 years. Situated in Johannesburg, EASI8 has supplied over 90,000 coin operated pool tables and numerous accessories to over a thousand customers in 15 different countries in Africa. These entrepeneurs have enjoyed the financial benefits of operating EASI8 pool tables for many years, and continue to do so as they break into new markets on the African continent.

In 2016, the management of EASI8 decided to open a manufacturing plant in Lagos, Nigeria, and as a result we saw the first Nigerian EASI8 coin operated pool tables coming off the production line in August 2017. EASI8 Nigeria now supplies coin operated pool tables to retail stores such as GAME and operating companies such as Allied Amusements directly from the Nigerian factory.

EASI8 Nigeria imports the components and accessories for the pool table, sourcing the best products at the best prices from all around the world so as to insure the high level of quality expected from and EASi8 Pool Table is maintained. Locally supplied imported plywood is used to manufacture the pool table’s wooden components ensuring the pool table is suited to the Nigerian conditions. Job Summary

• EASI Eight Design and Manufacturing Nigeria is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Rep to oversee and drive pool table sales in the Lekki and/or Ikeja district.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for achieving sales targets, managing inventory efficiently, monitoring and controlling expenses, and providing regular updates to the Managing Director.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development:

• Identify and pursue new pool table business opportunities within Lekki/Ikeja and surrounding areas.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct regular market research to stay informed on industry trends and competitor activity.

Stock Management:

• Monitor inventory levels to ensure availability of products and prevent stockouts or overstocking.
• Coordinate with the production and procurement teams to align stock levels with sales forecasts.
• Maintain accurate stock records and oversee periodic stock audits.

Expense Management:

• Monitor and control operational expenses in line with the approved budget.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising service quality.
• Prepare and submit regular expense reports to the Managing Director

Reporting & Coordination:

• Provide weekly and monthly reports on sales performance, stock status, and expenditure.
• Collaborate with other departments including production, logistics, and finance.
• Participate in strategic planning meetings and contribute to business growth initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 3 - 5 years proven experience in sales management, preferably in the manufacturing or design sectors
• Strong knowledge of Sales and Marketing
• Strong knowledge of inventory control and cost management
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and sales management software
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Must be resident in, or willing to relocate to, Lekk/Ikejai or its environs.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience working with the informal market in and around Lagos.
• Strong network of potential clients in Ikeja/ Lekki and Lagos Island
• Entrepreneurial mindset and high level of accountability.

Remuneration
N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
