Job Description

• We are looking for a results-driven Growth & Performance Lead to drive digital customer acquisition, lower CAC, and scale our lending and savings products across paid and organic channels.
• This role will lead our performance marketing efforts, product growth experiments, lifecycle campaigns, and channel optimization.
• You will collaborate with teams across product, analytics, and creative to deliver measurable impact and support our goal of becoming the most trusted and accessible financial partner in Nigeria.

Responsibilities

• Own the growth roadmap across all paid and organic marketing channels.
• Drive monthly acquisition targets for loans, app downloads, and savings plans.
• Build test-and-learn plans across new platforms and targeting strategies.
• Launch and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and programmatic.
• Monitor CAC, CPL, CTR, conversion, and ROAS metrics.
• Scale performance through creative testing and automated bidding tools.
• Support go-to-market strategy for new products and features.
• Align product value propositions with customer segments and messaging.
• Coordinate with Product, CRM, and Brand to ensure consistency and impact.
• Oversee customer journey flows: onboarding, engagement, reactivation.
• Manage lifecycle tools (e.g., Customer.io, Braze) for automated communications.
• Drive repeat usage and cross-sell through segmentation and personalization.
• Work with Marketing Analyst to build real-time dashboards and funnel reports.
• Use data to identify drop-off points, new opportunities, and key growth levers.
• Proactively apply AI tools and automation to improve campaign performance, decision-making, and efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years in digital marketing or growth roles, ideally in fintech or B2C startups.
• Deep hands-on experience running campaigns on Meta, Google, and mobile ad platforms.
• Strong understanding of performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CLV) and attribution models.
• Experience with marketing automation tools and customer journey mapping.
• Data-driven, test-focused, and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.
