We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and results-oriented Marketing and Communications Officer to lead and execute our digital marketing strategies, advertising campaigns, and communication efforts.
This role requires expertise in digital media, performance analytics, email marketing, and content development to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
Responsibilities
Brand & Content Development: Contribute to the development and refinement of brand identity and create high-quality, engaging content (written, visual, and multimedia) for use across all platforms.
Digital Advertising & Growth: Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and more to drive user acquisition, growth, and lead generation.
Email Marketing & Automation: Develop and manage targeted email campaigns, automation workflows, and lifecycle messaging strategies to engage and retain users.
Social Media & Community Management: Curate and manage content across all social platforms, fostering audience engagement, community growth, and brand visibility.
Analytics & Reporting: Use analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager) to measure campaign performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements based on data.
Campaign & Event Execution: Coordinate end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns and plan physical or virtual events that promote brand awareness and audience interaction.
Public Relations & Media Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers, and partners to enhance public image and extend reach.
Market & Competitor Research: Conduct ongoing market research to monitor industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive positioning to inform strategy.
Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product, sales, and design teams to ensure alignment in messaging, campaign execution, and go-to-market strategies.
Internal Communications: Support the development of internal communication strategies that ensure alignment and clarity across departments and teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably in fintech or high-growth companies.
Proven experience managing digital ad platforms (Google, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
Proficient in email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo).
Solid understanding of marketing metrics, funnel analysis, and performance reporting.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to think creatively and execute growth-driven strategies.
Experience working with analytics tools and dashboards (e.g., Google Analytics, Data Studio).
Knowledge of SEO, content marketing, and CRM platforms.
Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
