We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Sales

Location: Wuse 2, Abuja (FCT)
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Sales Leadership & Strategy:

• Develop and execute a robust sales strategy aligned with company goals and market dynamics.
• Identify new business opportunities, channels, and partnerships to drive revenue growth.
• Lead the development and implementation of sales processes and best practices.

Team Management:

• Build, lead, and mentor a high-performance sales team across different regions or verticals.
• Set clear KPIs and performance targets; monitor and optimize team performance.
• Foster a culture of accountability, continuous learning, and customer-centric selling.

Revenue & Target Achievement:

• Own and deliver on ambitious sales targets and revenue goals.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy and decision-making.
• Ensure effective forecasting, pipeline management, and sales reporting.

Stakeholder & Client Engagement:

• Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Represent the company in high-stakes negotiations and contract discussions.
• Collaborate closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to align efforts.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess relevant qualifications with 10 - 15 years work experience.
