We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Virtual Assistant Intern

Location: Remote

About the Role

  • We are seeking a detail-oriented, proactive, and tech-savvy individual to join our team as a Virtual Assistant Intern.
    This is a part-time remote internship opportunity ideal for someone who can assist with administrative tasks, manage schedules, organize digital workflows, and support team members remotely.
  • The ideal candidate will be organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently while maintaining clear and professional communication. If you're looking to gain hands-on experience in virtual assistance, improve your productivity tools skills, and grow within a professional environment, we want to hear from you!

Requirements

  • Fluency in English (C2) is a must!
  • Candidates with an American or British accent will be preferred.
  • Previous experience in cold calling, lead generation, or telemarketing is required.
  • Proven track record of successfully generating leads and converting prospects into clients.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
  • Wired internet at/above 50 Mbps download speed and at/above 25 Mbps upload speed.
  • PC with the following parameters: i5 processor 8/9/10 generation, 8/16 GB RAM, 128/256 SSD, Windows 10 Pro.
  • Private and quiet place without any background noise.
  • Computer-savvy and a fast learner.
  • Proficiency with tools like CRM software, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools.
  • Excellent listening comprehension, grammar, and verbal communication skills.
  • Organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Conditions
Internship Details:

  • Part-time Remote Internship
  • Work Schedule: 2–3 days per week , 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)
  • Duration: Minimum commitment of 6months
  • Monthly Stipend: N150000 - N200,000 , depending on availability and experience
  • Opportunity for growth into a full-time role based on performance
  • Supportive and collaborative team environment

Benefits:

  • Remote position.
  • Eastern standard time.
  • Office hours: 9 AM−5.30 PM, Fri−Sun.
  • A 5-day paid sick leave is available after 6 months of employment.
  • A 5-day paid vacation is available after 12 months of employment.
  • The Company pays monthly on the 5th of each month for the whole previous month.
