Your Mission
To win the trust of enterprise decision-makers, close high-value deals, and help Flex Finance become the go-to spend management solution for large businesses in Africa.
Requirements
Strategic Market Development:
Define and execute a clear enterprise go-to-market strategy.
Identify and prioritize key industry verticals and decision-maker personas.
Represent Flex at executive-level conversations and industry events.
Full-Cycle Enterprise Sales:
Own the enterprise sales funnel from prospecting to contract signing.
Engage with C-level executives, procurement heads, and finance leaders.
Customize value-based pitches aligned with each client’s operational goals.
Pipeline & Forecast Management:
Build, maintain, and accurately forecast an enterprise sales pipeline.
Use CRM tools to track interactions and performance metrics.
Provide monthly and quarterly reporting with insights and learnings.
Cross-Functional Leadership:
Partner with marketing to tailor enterprise-focused campaigns.
Collaborate with product to translate client feedback into roadmap insights.
Work with customer success to ensure seamless onboarding and retention.
Negotiation & Deal Structuring:
Lead commercial negotiations, handle objections, and drive contract closure.Structure deals that are both client-centric and revenue-optimizing.
Requirements
You’re Right for This If You Have:
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree (MBA is a plus).
7+ years in enterprise sales, preferably in fintech, ERP, or SaaS.ERP sales experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle, SAGE, Microsoft Dynamics) — mandatory.
A strong network within large organizations, especially in finance and operations.
Proven success closing 6- to 7-figure enterprise deals.
Strong executive presence and excellent storytelling skills.
A strategic mind, but you can also roll up your sleeves and execute.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Bonus Points If You:
Have sold to procurement, CFOs, or compliance heads.
Have experience navigating complex B2B procurement cycles.
Understand the Nigerian enterprise procurement landscape.
What Success Looks Like (First 12 Months):
Closed at least N300M in new enterprise deals.
Established Flex Finance as a recognized player in the enterprise space.
Built a strong pipeline of enterprise leads across at least 3 sectors.
Delivered 90-day and 180-day sales performance reviews with clear wins.
Secured partnerships or case studies with top-tier brands.
