Position Overview
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for guiding the development and performance of one or more products within the company's portfolio.
Your role involves defining the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, as well as collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring products to market successfully and ensure their ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities
Product Strategy:
Develop and communicate a clear product vision and strategy in alignment with the company's goals and market needs.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and threats.
Product Roadmap:
Create and maintain a detailed product roadmap that outlines the product's features, enhancements, and timelines.
Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer needs, business objectives, and available resources.
Requirements Gathering:
Collaborate with stakeholders, including customers, sales, marketing, and engineering teams, to gather and document detailed product requirements.
Product Development:
Work closely with engineering and design teams to ensure the successful execution of the product roadmap.
Provide clear and concise product requirements and user stories to guide development efforts.
Product Launch:
Plan and execute product launches, including defining go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, and sales enablement activities.
Coordinate with various teams to ensure a smooth product release.
Performance Tracking:
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the product's success.
Continuously monitor and analyze product performance, user feedback, and market trends.
Iterative Improvement:
Use data-driven insights to identify areas for improvement and optimization.
Iterate on the product to enhance user experience, functionality, and competitiveness.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure alignment and smooth execution of product plans.
Customer Focus:
Act as the voice of the customer and advocate for their needs and preferences throughout the product development process.
Budget Management:
Manage the product's budget and resource allocation effectively.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks that could impact the product's success or delivery.
Compliance and Regulations:
Ensure that the product complies with relevant industry regulations and standards.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
Proven experience as a Product Manager or similar role within the ICT sector.
Experience with product lifecycle management from conception to launch.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in software development and web technologies.
Understanding of cloud computing, networking, and telecommunications.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello).
Market and Industry Knowledge:
In-depth knowledge of the ICT industry, market trends, and competitive landscape.
Understanding of customer needs and the ability to translate them into product requirements.
Analytical Skills:
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.

Years of Experience: Minimum of 2years of experience in product management or a related field, with at least 3 years in the ICT industry.
Product Development: Experience in developing and launching ICT products, including software, hardware, or integrated solutions.
Cross-functional Team Leadership: Proven track record of leading and working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support.
Market Research and Analysis: Experience in conducting market research, competitor analysis, and gathering customer feedback.
Strategic Planning: Experience in developing product strategies, roadmaps, and business plans.
Customer Interaction: Direct experience working with customers to gather requirements, provide support, and incorporate feedback into product development.
Agile and Lean Practices: Experience with Agile, Lean, or other iterative development methodologies.
Metrics and KPIs: Proven ability to define, track, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure product success.
