Summary

• This role focuses on driving corporate revenue by building a strong pipeline, closing long-term deals, and offering tailored premium experiences.
• You'll be the key contact for decision-makers across industries.

Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Pipeline:

• Identify and engage corporate prospects via referrals, cold outreach, and inbound leads
• Maintain an active, diverse pipeline across industries Sales & Revenue
• Pitch tailored packages to corporate decision-makers
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.

Client Management:

• Serve as the main contact for corporate clients post-sale
• Drive retention, upsells, and long-term loyalty
• Maintain records in CRM.

Reporting & Strategy:

• Track KPIs and client feedback to refine sales strategy
• Collaborate with marketing and operations
• Monitor market trends and competitors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• 3 - 5 years B2B sales experience (hospitality, lifestyle, or business travel, business consulting or related fields preferred)
• Proven record of closing deals and meeting targets
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Familiarity with procurement processes and CRM tools.
