Description
We are looking for a Water Marketer to develop and execute marketing strategies for water-related products and services. This role involves market research, brand positioning, and promotional campaigns to increase awareness and sales.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the water industry, including bottled water, water purification systems, and municipal water services.
They will work closely with sales teams, product developers, and external partners to create compelling marketing materials and campaigns.
The Water Marketer will analyze market trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities for growth.
They will also be responsible for digital marketing efforts, including social media, content marketing, and online advertising. Additionally, they will manage public relations efforts to enhance brand reputation and customer trust. The role requires excellent communication skills, creativity, and a data-driven approach to marketing.
The Water Marketer will also collaborate with regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry standards and environmental regulations. They will develop partnerships with distributors, retailers, and other stakeholders to expand market reach.

Key Responsibilities
Customer Acquisition & Field Engagement:
Visit stores, distributors, markets, events, and institutions to introduce and promote Honour Flow Water.
Generate leads and onboard new customers—retailers, wholesalers, and bulk buyers.
Follow up on existing clients to ensure repeat orders and satisfaction.
Encourage customers and distributors to increase order frequency and volume.
Collaborate with the sales team to close deals and convert prospects.
Market Intelligence & Price Verification:
Continuously monitor competitor prices, strategies, and customer behavior.
Report findings on market trends and pricing to the sales/management team for informed decision-making.
Suggest pricing or promotional adjustments where necessary.
Territory Expansion:
Identify and penetrate new geographical areas or underserved neighborhoods.
Organize activations and samplings in new areas to create awareness.
Recommend viable routes and hotspots for product launch or expansion.
Brand Representation & Feedback Collection:
Act as the face of the company in public interactions.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints on the spot.
Document and relay feedback to internal teams for service/product improvement.
Performance Reporting:
Maintain weekly field reports detailing customer visits, lead conversions, market feedback, and competitor updates.
Submit comprehensive activity reports to the Marketing Supervisor or Brand Manager.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the water or environmental sector.
Strong understanding of digital marketing, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze market data and develop strategic marketing plans.
Experience working with regulatory bodies and industry standards.
Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
