We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Legal Officer

Location: Gbagada Phase II, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities
Legal & Compliance Support:

• Draft, review, and manage legal documents including letters, contracts, MoUs, NDAs, and policies documents.
• Collaborate closely with the Business Assurance team to ensure company-wide compliance with internal policies, statutory obligations, and regulatory frameworks
• Liaise with external counsel/auditors and regulatory authorities as may be required from time to time.
• Maintain an organized, secure digital/legal archive of all company legal documents.
• Provide legal guidance to internal stakeholders on risks, compliance, and processes.
• Represent and/or defend the interest of ITH Holdings Limited and any of its subsidiaries before establishments, including the courts, the Nigeria Police Force and other regulatory authorities.
• Liaise with the Company Secretary/Legal Adviser and obtain clarification and/or approval on legal issues/documentations.

Secretarial & Administrative Functions:

• Prepare and distribute internal memos, board resolutions, and meeting notices.
• Organize and record minutes of meetings and ensure timely action tracking.

Executive Support:

• Provide confidential executive assistance to the CEO and/or Company Secretary/Legal Adviser as may be required from time to time.
• Serve as liaison officer between the CEO's office and internal departments for legal/administrative matters.
• Carry out all duties and support that may be required or delegated by the office of the CEO and/or Company Secretary/Legal Adviser from time to time.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Master's Degree with 3 - 4 years of work experience.
