Job Title: Video Content Creator

Location: Nigeria (Remote)

Job Description

• We’re looking for a dedicated and experienced Content Creator to join our growing team and take ownership of content development across our focused brands.
• This role requires someone who is confident, articulate, strategic, and visually drivensomeone who can represent the brand professionally and consistently across platforms, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and work closely with the Brand manager to create, and deliver weekly content (video + visual) for the Brand
• Write and record voice-overs for faceless content (if needed)
• Edit or oversee editing of Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts/Long-Form
• Collaborate with the Brand Manager for content direction and scripting
• Create educational and engaging video content.
• Develop scripts or outlines that reflect thought leadership and story-driven messaging
• Research trends and ensure all content remains platform-relevant and engaging
• Work closely to manage and organize content calendars with account managers
• Collaborate with the team to ensure all content aligns with the brand's mission
• Track content performance and propose improvements
• Maintain and manage content calendars via Trello
• Ensure brand tone, voice, and message stay aligned.

Weekly Deliverables may include but are not limited to:

• 2–3 Reels or Short-Form YouTube Videos
• 1–2 Carousels or Visual Posts
• 1 YouTube Script or Talking Point Outline
• Caption + Hashtag Copy
• Weekly report/recap via Trello.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree or HND
• Minimum 3 years of content creation experience
• Must be well-spoken, composed, and confident on camera or in recordings
• Strong command of written and spoken English
• Proficiency in tools like Trello, CapCut, Canva, and Microsoft 365
• Excellent time management and ability to meet content deadlines
• Bonus: Background in tech, product management, or data topics.

Salary
N55,000 - N75,000 / Month.
