Description

• We're seeking a skilled Product Management Specialist to join our team. As a Product Management Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a deep understanding of our products, customer needs, and market trends.
• You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive product innovation, launch new products and features, and ensure that our product offerings meet customer needs and business objectives

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement product strategies to drive business growth and revenue.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and launch new products.
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success.
• Work with stakeholders to gather feedback and iterate on product development.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Provide product expertise and support to sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
• Analyze customer feedback, sales data, and market research to inform product development and optimization.
• Develop and maintain product documentation, sales enablement materials, and other collateral.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 2+ years of experience in product management, product marketing, or a related field
• Strong understanding of product development principles and practices
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience with product management tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Asana, Productboard)

Nice to Have:

• Experience in a similar industry or market
• Certification in product management or a related field
• Experience with agile development methodologies
• Strong technical skills (e.g., coding, data analysis)
