Job Summary
The Operations Manager will oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the Upscale Restaurant, ensuring service excellence, operational efficiency, and seamless collaboration across the kitchen, bar, and guest experience teams.
This leadership role will work closely with the Head Chef, Beverage Manager, and other stakeholders to deliver a world-class dining experience in line with the company’s high standards.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
Drive service excellence, maintaining premium standards for guest satisfaction.
Oversee staff performance, providing guidance, mentorship, and training to develop a high-performing team.
Collaborate closely with the Head Chef and Beverage Manager to ensure harmony between food, beverage, and service functions.
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations at all times.
Implement and monitor inventory, procurement, and cost control measures.
Manage scheduling, payroll coordination, and staffing levels to match business demands.
Resolve operational challenges and guest concerns promptly and professionally.
Utilize technology (POS, reservation systems, inventory management tools) to streamline operations and enhance reporting accuracy.
Candidate Requirements
Nationality: Nigerian
Education: Minimum of a B.Sc. in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in the hospitality/restaurant industry, with at least 3 years managing a premium restaurant or 5-star hotel in Lagos
Age: 30 years and above
Gender: Open to both male and female candidates

Salary
N600,000 - N1,200,000 / Month.
