Job Description

• We are seeking a creative, strategic, and highly motivated Content Creator and Social Media Manager to lead the development, execution, and optimization of our content and social media presence.
• This role combines content production (photo, video, copywriting) with community management, analytics, and brand storytelling to drive engagement and growth across all digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities
Content Creation:

• Plan, produce, and edit engaging visual and written content (images, videos, reels, blog posts, etc.)
• Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to create promotional and educational content.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice, tone, and style across all content formats.

Social Media Management:

• Manage daily posting and scheduling across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Monitor trends, hashtags, and competitor activity to stay ahead of the curve.
• Respond to comments, DMs, and user engagement in a timely, brand-aligned manner.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Track KPIs (reach, engagement, growth, conversions) and create monthly performance reports.
• Use insights to inform content strategy and optimize future campaigns.

Requirements
Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful social media strategies and campaigns.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must have laptop and a phone with good camera
• Proven experience as a content creator and/or social media manager.
• Proficiency in tools like Canva, CapCut, or other editing software.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills.
• Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends.
• Ability to manage multiple platforms and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing is a plus.
• Familiarity with analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar.
