Teal Harmony Nigeria Limited - We are a design and build company, we manufacture and sell furniture and import furniture fabrics, we also sell diffusers and accessories. We have a showroom to sell furnitures.

• We’re seeking a Retail Sales Executive to lead our showroom operations and elevate the customer experience.
• This role is ideal for someone with a strong sales background, an eye for interior aesthetics, and a flair for presenting high-end furniture brands.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day showroom operations and ensure a premium client experience.
• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed showroom targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, interior designers, and industry professionals.
• Lead and inspire the showroom sales team through performance monitoring, coaching, and feedback.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, interior design trends, and competitor activity.
• Plan and execute showroom merchandising and promotional events.
• Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and collaborate with marketing to drive visibility.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail sales, preferably in luxury furniture or interior design.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing high-end clientele.
• Passion for interior design and knowledge of luxury furniture brands.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and showroom sales reporting.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
