Role Summary
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced enterprise sales leader to build and lead our enterprise sales and partnership team.
The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader who still loves to sell but with a deep understanding of the enterprise sales process, as well as a proven track record of success in developing and managing successful enterprise/b2b sales programs.
The candidate should also be an excellent relationship builder and communicator. Experience in mobility is a distinct advantage.
Responsibilities
What You’ll do:
Develop and execute the company's strategy for enterprise sales and partnerships
Identify and qualify new enterprise opportunities
Develop and manage enterprise sales and partnership programs
Build and maintain relationships with key enterprise customers and partners
Set and achieve revenue goals for enterprise sales and partnerships
Oversee the enterprise sales and partnership team
Track and measure the performance of enterprise sales and partnerships
Analyze market trends and competitive landscape
Develop and implement go-to-market strategies for enterprise sales and partnerships.
Manage the team budget and resources.
Requirements
What You’ll need:
Candidates should possess a Degree in Business Administration, or a related field
10+ years of experience in enterprise sales or a related role
Strong understanding of the enterprise sales process and the enterprise sales landscape
Experience in developing and managing enterprise sales and partnership programs
Experience in the mobility sector is highly desirable
Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
Ability to manage and lead a team
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
