Job Title: Business Manager

Locations: Maraba - Abuja (FCT) and Udege - Nasarawa
Employment Type: Full-time

Summary

• We are looking to hire an experienced and dynamic Business Manager who will be responsible for overseeing and directing the company's operations, ensuring profitability, and achieving strategic goals, managing teams, budgets, and resources while adhering to legal guidelines and industry standards.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement business plans and strategies to achieve company objectives.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities and market growth.
• Manage budgets, monitor financial performance, and ensure profitability.
• Prepare financial reports and analyses for management and stakeholders.
• Oversee billing, collections, and project budgets.
• Supervise and manage team members, ensuring productivity and efficiency.
• Implement and maintain internal processes and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and motivate teams to achieve performance goals.
• Provide training and development opportunities for employees.
• Ensure high levels of clients satisfaction.
• Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Prepare reports on business performance and market trends.

Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 5 years experience in business management or a related role
• Candidate for this position should be mobile.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
• Knowledge of business processes, strategy development, and data analysis.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
