Job Description

• We are currently recruiting for the position of Project Supervisor on behalf of our client in the manufacturing industry.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily project activities, ensuring execution aligns with safety and technical standards, and coordinating contractors on-site.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop detailed daily work plans, identifying and sequencing tasks necessary for successful project completion.
• Supervise the execution of projects in accordance with approved plans and ensure proper documentation and security of project files.
• Monitor the quality of work completed by contractors and ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.
• Provide direction and oversight to contractors, ensuring proper execution of work and adherence to safety measures, including the use of PPEs.
• Enforce strict compliance with safety protocols, conduct daily checks, manage work permits, and implement risk identification and mitigation plans.
• Maintain a safe working environment for all personnel on the project.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Industry Experience: Must have prior experience in the manufacturing sector.

Work Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience.
• At least 2 years of relevant supervisory experience in project execution.

Technical Skills:

• Strong project supervision and planning skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong understanding of safety procedures, technical drawings, and equipment handling.
• Excellent communication and team coordination abilities.
