Job Title: Procurement / Inventory Officer

Location: Magodo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm, Twicw a month at Ajah Branch

Job Summary

• We are looking for an organised procurement officer to handle purchasing. In this position, you will play a pivotal role in securing high-quality and cost-efficient supplies for our business. You will follow procurement procedures, maintain an updated list of current and incoming stock, and be responsible for approving purchases.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and procure goods and services in accordance with company policies
• Negotiate prices and terms with suppliers
• Manage and maintain accurate inventory records
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers
• Develop and implement inventory management systems
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless operations

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or related field
• At least 2 years of experience in procurement and inventory management
• Strong knowledge of procurement principles and practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
