Role Summary
As they continue to scale, our client is seeking a high-performing Executive Assistant who will serve as a trusted right-hand partner to the CEO and help drive operational and strategic priorities.
The Executive Assistant to the CEO will serve as a strategic partner and proxy, providing both high-level administrative and operational support.
She will manage the CEO’s time, communications, and priorities, while also liaising with internal teams, high-value clients, vendors, and fabric suppliers.
The ideal candidate must be tech-savvy, emotionally intelligent, highly articulate, and capable of independently representing the CEO at important meetings and negotiations.
Serve as a proxy and representative of the CEO in internal and external meetings, including with partners, suppliers, and high-net-worth clients.
Attend key strategic meetings, take minutes, track action points, and follow up to ensure execution.
Coordinate the CEO’s daily schedule, travel plans, and appointment calendar, prioritizing critical engagements.
Prepare high-level documents including strategic reports, board presentations, memos, briefing notes, and internal reports.
Operations & Business Coordination:
Interface with key departments (design, production, sales, logistics) to ensure smooth flow of operations and timely reporting to the CEO.
Oversee and coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers, ensuring quality delivery and alignment with company standards.
Monitor and manage critical projects, timelines, and deliverables on behalf of the CEO.
Act as a confidential liaison between the CEO and staff, clients, and stakeholders.
Client & Relationship Management:
Engage with high-profile clients and VIPs with professionalism and poise, representing the CEO where required.
Prepare personalized communication and briefings for client meetings, fittings, or consultations.
Manage and respond to key business correspondence on behalf of the CEO.
Supplier & Vendor Engagement:
Negotiate with fabric and accessories suppliers, ensuring quality, favorable pricing, and timely delivery.
Track vendor performance, compare quotes, and recommend reliable sourcing options.
Maintain an updated supplier and vendor database.
Communication & Brand Representation:
Draft and review high-quality content (emails, speeches, reports) for both internal and external audiences.
Attend fashion events, exhibitions, and networking functions as the CEO’s representative.
Ensure the CEO is well-briefed before media or public appearances, and occasionally liaise with PR or brand partners.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Communication, Social Sciences, or a related field
2–3 years of experience in a similar role supporting C-level executives
Prior experience in fashion, creative industries, or luxury retail is an added advantage
Must be female, between 25–30 years old
Strong understanding of fashion production cycles, sourcing, and client engagement.

Strong business acumen with an understanding of fashion/luxury/lifestyle operations
Skilled in negotiation, stakeholder engagement, and vendor management
Tech-savvy: comfortable with calendar management tools (Calendly, Monday.com, etc), collaboration tools e.g. Google Workspace, MS Office, project tools (e.g., Notion, Jira, Trello, or Asana), Zoom, and productivity apps
Self-driven, proactive, and capable of making independent decisions
Poised, presentable, and comfortable in high-level corporate and creative environments.
Work Environment & Expectations:
Hybrid work system
May occasionally work evenings or weekends due to work requirements
Availability to travel (within Lagos or nationally) for business engagements or fashion exhibitions.
Salary
N200,000 - N250,000 / Month.
