We are located at No. 3 Akutu Crescent office Pascan Jake bus stop opposite Pine Crest School Enugu,Independence Layout Enugu state. We offer the best gynaecological, fertility and maternity services to our clients and patients. Our in-house laboratory is quality assured, and our dispensary stocks quality drugs and other medical consumables. We run antenatal clinics and fertility clinics every Tuesday.

Job Title: Hospital Administrator

Responsibilities
Manage, galvanize, motivate, inspire and lead all personnel (medical and administrative) towards achieving the hospital’s objectives.
Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring smooth and efficient workflows
Oversee effective and efficient administration of the hospital support structures that impact medical services for prompt and efficient delivery of those services.
Ensure, coordinate and facilitate effective marketing of the hospital’s services to target markets through coordinated but subtle marketing channels.
In conjunction with relevant units, coordinate the monitoring of the performance of medical and non-medical staff, including doctors, nurses and interns.
Oversee the procurement, recording and management of all assets required for operational efficiency
Forestall breakdowns and impromptu damages, but carry out routine servicing, repairs and maintenance of hospital’s facilities.
Coordinate effective risk management focusing on sustainability in the hospital’s operations.
Coordinate and ensure regular meetings of group or department and action the resolutions within the capacity of the hospital.
Remain updated with relevant healthcare laws and standards ensuring compliance.
Manage introduction of technological updates like the use of new software for records management and operational efficiency
Effective human resource management focusing on performance management, learning and development, employee relations, coordinating in-house and external training of staff.
Coordinate the public relations and perception by ensuring positive communications and representing the hospital at conferences and community programs in conjunction with the medical team
Ensure the hospital maintains a database of all patients detailing the contact person, address, phone number, medical history and preferences
Mediate on any issues that arise between staff or the hospital and patients
Participate in crafting of goals and budgets, taking responsibility for the hospital’s targets
Champion effective communication of policies, plans and programs of the hospital to the subordinates.
Manage the relationships of patients and corporate institutions ensuring that they experience world class service delivery that will lead to advocacy.
Drive intelligence gathering for deeper knowledge of competitive activities and marketing strategies.
Handle and ensure that all hospital’s resources are in top working condition at all times and are used specifically for the hospital’s business.
Ensure effective discharge and reconciliation of patients’ accounts.
Requirements
