Job Title: Sales / Marketing Team Lead

Location: Onitsha & Awka, Anambra

Reports to: Sales Director

 Job Overview

• We are seeking dynamic and entrepreneurial individuals to join our expanding media firm as Marketing Team Leads. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting, training, and supervising a team of field sales marketers (Tier 2) to drive sales of our branded products and media solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, and train Field Sales Marketers (Tier 2).
• Supervise and guide your team to meet individual and collective sales targets.
• Generate leads and close direct sales
• Drive customer engagement and relationship-building across schools, events, churches, clinics, corporates, and more.

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Previous sales, marketing, or business development experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to train, motivate, and manage a team.
• Goal-oriented with a self-starter mindset.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
