We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Sales and Marketing Manager

Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • As a Sales and Marketing Advisor, you will be responsible for identifying potential clients, promoting products or services, closing sales, and contributing to strategic marketing efforts.
  • You will play a key role in growing the company's customer base and enhancing market presence through active engagement, persuasive communication, and targeted marketing campaigns.

Responsibilities
Sales Duties:

  • Identify and approach prospective customers through cold calling, referrals, networking, and field visits.
  • Present and promote products/services effectively to clients based on their needs.
  • Close deals and achieve individual and team sales targets.
  • Follow up with leads and existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Maintain an up-to-date database of customer interactions and sales pipeline.

Marketing Duties:

  • Participate in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and activations.
  • Distribute marketing materials, engage audiences at events, and represent the brand positively.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
  • Assist in content creation for digital platforms (e.g., social media, emails, ads).

Customer Relationship Management:

  • Provide accurate information to clients regarding products, pricing, and availability.
  • Handle inquiries, resolve complaints, and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with customers.
  • Gather customer feedback and relay to internal teams for continuous improvement.

Reporting:

  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on sales performance and marketing activities.
  • Provide insights on market conditions and customer behavior.

Requirements

  • OND / HND / Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles is an advantage.
  • Fresh graduates with a flair for sales and strong communication skills are welcome to apply.
