Job Title: Head, Human Resources and Strategy Manager

Job Summary
The Human Resource Manager oversees all aspects of the HR function, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compensation and benefits, and HR policy implementation.
The role is strategic and operational, supporting the company’s goals by fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Onboarding:
Plan, coordinate, and manage the recruitment and selection process.
Ensure effective onboarding, orientation, and integration of new employees.
Collaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs.
Employee Relations:
Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns and grievances.
Foster a healthy and inclusive workplace culture.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and disciplinary procedures.
Performance Management:
Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
Guide managers and staff on performance-related issues and improvement plans.
Training & Development:
Identify staff training needs and develop training programs.
Monitor the effectiveness of training and development initiatives.
HR Policy and Compliance:
Develop and update HR policies in line with best practices and legal requirements.
Ensure HR processes comply with applicable labor laws and regulations.
Compensation & Benefits:
Oversee payroll coordination and compensation structure.
Manage employee benefits administration and reviews.
HR Data & Reporting:
Maintain and analyze HR metrics and reports (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism).
Manage HR databases and ensure accurate employee records.
Strategic HR Management:
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies aligned with the company’s goals.
Advise senior management on workforce planning and organizational development.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s degree or HR certification is a plus).
Minimum of 1–3years of HR experience, with at least 2 in a managerial or leadership role.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage sensitive situations with confidentiality and professionalism.
Proficient in HR software (e.g., HRIS systems) and Microsoft Office Suite.
