Job Title: Product Manager - DDSA Platform

Job Summary
D-Degree Digital Hub is seeking a visionary and hands-on Product Manager to lead the end-to-end strategy, development, and growth of the DDSA (Direct Digital Sales Agent) platform - Nigeria’s first all-sector Digital Financial Inclusion (DFI) solution.
The ideal candidate will own the product roadmap, coordinate cross-functional teams, gather stakeholder insights, and drive the successful scaling and optimization of DDSA across all sectors (finance, health, telecom, energy, agriculture, etc.).
Key Responsibilities
Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap for DDSA
Lead product planning, research, development, and lifecycle management
Coordinate with design, engineering, QA, marketing, and operations teams to meet timelines and milestones
Translate user needs and business goals into detailed feature requirements and user stories
Run sprints and manage backlog prioritization using tools like Jira, Trello, or ClickUp
Monitor app usage, agent feedback, and analytics to optimize product performance
Serve as the voice of the user (agents, partners, institutions) in all product decisions
Identify opportunities for innovation, integration, or new revenue streams
Conduct competitor benchmarking and product evolution tracking
Support the training, onboarding, and go-to-market strategy with field and growth teams
Preferred Qualifications
B.Sc. / M.Sc. in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
3 – 5 years of experience in product development, especially in digital platforms
Certification in Product Management or Agile Scrum is an added advantage
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Product Manager or Product Lead, ideally in fintech or platform-based digital services
Strong understanding of user-centered design, agile methodologies, and digital inclusion ecosystems
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Analytical mindset with experience in product metrics and user feedback loops
Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with agent network systems or field technology tools is a plus
