Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly revenue targets.
• Identify and cultivate new business opportunities to expand market reach.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to analyze trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials.
• Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends.
• Participate in trade shows, events, and networking activities to enhance brand visibility.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experience.
• Provide excellent customer service and address inquiries or concerns promptly.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and marketing within the hotel and hospitality industry.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Knowledge of customer service principles and front desk operations.
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite like excel, words, powerpoint, etc.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
