Borno State University is in Maiduguri, Borno State, Nigeria. It was established in 2016. It is made up of four Faculties and College of Health Sciences as follows; Agriculture, Arts and Education, Sciences, Social and Management Sciences and College of Health Sciences. In addition, it has a Centre for Research & Development and Center for Kanuri Ajami and Qur'anic Studies.

Requirements

• Candidate must be holder of relevant Bachelors and Masters' Degree, from recognized Universities.
• Candidate with Ph. D Degree will have an added advantage.
• Candidate must have at least three (3) years teaching, research and administrative experience in a recognized University.
• Candidate must also have evidence of at least five (5) scholarly publications in learned journals in University and apex research/training institutes (or three journal publications and participation in four (4) professional projects).
• Candidate must be registered or registrable with the relevant professional/scientific bodies as applicable.
• Candidate must have evidence of NYSC discharge or exemption certificate.
