The Sales Enablement team plays a pivotal role in enabling NewGlobe’s Policy & Partnerships team. It supports the full commercial funnel: from lead generation to renewals, through CRM systems, event planning, proposal operations, creative enablement, pricing models, and standardized processes.
The team ensures that our global commercial efforts are powered by efficient systems, actionable data, and high-quality materials. It works closely with the Policy & Partnerships Development, Account Management, and Creative teams to ensure every opportunity is well-supported and every relationship is well-managed.
The Sales Enablement Analyst will be the first hire in Nigeria. You will support the execution of commercial operations across our global programs, with a particular focus on proposal tracking, CRM system maintenance, and process documentation. Your role will ensure we deliver consistent, high-quality operational support that enables our regional teams to focus on engaging and retaining government partners.
You will report to the Sales Enablement Director and work closely with colleagues in Policy & Partnerships, our program Managing Directors, the Creative team, and our events team across multiple countries.
What You Will Do
CRM Support: maintain clean, accurate, and useful data in our CRM (Pipedrive); support onboarding and training for new users; assist with lead assignment and automation.
Proposal & RFP Support: track proposal submissions, organize templates and past responses, and support basic research for responses. Manage a central repository for learnings and best practices.
Inbound Marketing Requests: manage inbound stakeholder inquiries from digital platforms and events; ensure leads are routed to the right team members with proper follow-up mechanisms.
Collateral Request Management: support with creating proposals and other collateral requests, handle intake and prioritization of content requests; track versions and ensure compliance with branding guidelines.
Process & Playbook Maintenance: support documentation of standardized commercial processes, including proposal workflows, event handovers, and pricing model explanations.
What You Should Have
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or other related field with top academic marks; MBA/grad degree a plus.
2-4 years of experience in commercial, marketing, or sales operations, preferably in a high-growth or cross-functional environment.
Strong familiarity with CRM systems (Pipedrive experience preferred).
Experience with documentation and version control systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Advanced proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple priorities
