Summary

• We are seeking a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to take our online presence to the next level.
• In this role, you'll lead the planning and execution of impactful social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, and Snapchat.
• You'll collaborate with content creators, drive audience engagement, and run targeted ad campaigns to boost visibility and conversions.
• While you won't be handling photography or videography, your creative direction will shape our digital storytelling.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute multi-platform social strategies
• Plan and manage content calendars in collaboration with creators
• Drive community engagement and respond to followers
• Analyze performance metrics and report insights
• Run paid campaigns to drive traffic, leads, and sales
• Ensure brand voice and consistency across all platforms

What We’re Looking For

• 2 - 4 years of experience in social media management (Real Estate or Hospitality preferred)
• Proven track record of growing social presence and driving results
• Strong copywriting, planning, and analytical skills
• Ability to create graphic content using tools like AI, Canva, Photoshop, etc.
• Proficiency in scheduling, SEO, and analytics tools
• Self-starter with excellent communication and time management.

Salary
N130,000 - N180,000 monthly.
