Create and implement revenue-generating business development strategies tailored to both the Travel and Tours and College divisions.
Actively identify and pursue high-value clients, partnerships, and market opportunities that directly contribute to revenue growth.
Close deals with corporate clients, sponsors, and other stakeholders to generate income for the business.
Supervise and support Business Development Executives in meeting and exceeding sales targets. Assist with negotiations and closing strategic deals when required.
Establish and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals to boost revenue.
Collaborate with both divisions (Travel and Tours & College) to create and market customized packages, courses, or travel solutions that appeal to target audiences and generate income.
Lead the Business Development Executives, Customer Service Representatives, Social Media Manager, and Graphic Designer, ensuring their activities are aligned with income generation goals.
Work closely with the Social Media Manager and Graphic Designer to create revenue-focused marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
Set sales targets for the team, monitor performance, and provide guidance or intervention as needed to ensure financial goals are met.
Oversee customer service activities to ensure satisfaction, retention, and upselling of services or products to existing clients.
Allocate departmental budgets effectively to support revenue-driving initiatives and maximize ROI.
Conduct market research to identify profitable opportunities, analyze competitors, and adapt strategies to ensure continuous income generation.
Provide regular revenue reports to senior management, detailing income generated, team performance, and areas for improvement.
Train and mentor the Business Development Executives to enhance their ability to close deals and contribute to the department’s revenue targets.
Perform other income-related tasks as directed by the Business Manager to meet the financial objectives of the company.
Results Expected:
Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for both the Travel and Tours and College divisions.
Secure high-value deals, partnerships, and clients, contributing to at least 20% annual revenue growth.
Increase repeat business by 15% through effective upselling and relationship management.
Ensure Business Development Executives meet or exceed 90% of their individual sales targets.
Boost client acquisition through marketing activities, converting 10-15% of leads into paying customers.
Increased Customer Satisfaction through proactive engagement and exceptional service.
Deliver comprehensive weekly and monthly reports on business development progress, market trends, and financial performance to senior management.
