We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Site Supervisor

Location: Ilupeju, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Conduct site visits to oversee construction and ensure quality.
• Work closely with the project manager and design team
• Create designs, drawings, specification and blueprints for Projects
• Ensure project completion within the allocated budget and timeline
• Taking up tasks on-site and hands-on approach to ensure task are completed efficiently and effectively without much supervision.
• Oversees the installation of materials, furniture, and other design elements.
• Sketch out ideas to explore and visualize design concepts
• Source materials and products included in plans.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare progress reports.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications/Requirements

• HND / B.Sc / B.Eng in Building / Construction Technology or related fields.
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in Site Supervision, Interior Designs, Building and Construction Management
• Expertise in layout, color, lighting, materials selection, custom furniture and all installations.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.
• Relevant certifications in construction management, HSE or Project management are advantageous.
• Proximity to Ilupeju: Candidates that reside along the nearby axis of Shomolu, Anthony, Oshodi, Mushin, Fadeyi, and Jibowu will be considered first.

• Project management skills
• Ability to use any CAD software such as Revit
• Creative talent, imagination and eye for designs
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work well with all types of people.
• Flexibility and adaptability
• Ability to see the big picture as well as focus on the smallest details.

Salary
N120,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
