Job Description

• We’re seeking a results-driven Marketing and Sales Manager to lead our brand growth, digital campaigns, and community engagement initiatives.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive trip bookings and brand awareness.
• Identify and close business leads.
• Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets
• Manage content creation and scheduling across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and newsletters.
• Run and optimize paid ad campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok).
• Build partnerships with influencers, travel bloggers, and lifestyle brands.
• Track and report on key metrics, including CAC, engagement, and conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the Operations and Product teams to align marketing with trip launches.

What You’ll Bring

• 2–5 years of marketing experience (travel, lifestyle, or consumer brand preferred).
• Knows how to build and manage a sales funnel—from lead generation to booking.
• Strong grasp of digital marketing, content strategy, and performance analytics.
• Strong grasp of SEO and email marketing.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Canva, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, and Mailchimp.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
• Passion for travel, culture, and building community.
