We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Lekki, Lagos

About the Job

  • We are seeking a highly organized, mature, and reliable individual to join our growing design and creative operations team as an Administrative & Accounts Officer.
  • This role requires a proactive professional with strong administrative competence, basic accounting skills, and the ability to engage with clients, vendors, and internal teams with diplomacy and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily office activities, communications, and scheduling
  • Maintain an orderly and professional environment, ensuring smooth workflow across departments
  • Handle procurement coordination and oversee inventory of office and project materials
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, internal events, and team planning
  • Track all inflow and outflow of funds using accounting software or spreadsheets
  • Generate and update financial records including receipts, invoices, and payment schedules
  • Support monthly expense reporting and budget tracking
  • Work with external accountants to ensure compliance with all tax and statutory obligations
  • Serve as the first point of contact for general enquiries, resolving issues quickly and tactfully
  • Support workspace organization, ensuring orderliness and functionality at all times
  • Collaborate with leadership to implement new operational systems as the business expands

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3–5 years experience in a similar administrative/accounting role
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a calm, solution-oriented mindset
  • High level of maturity, discretion, and professionalism
  • Working knowledge of basic bookkeeping and Excel (QuickBooks or similar tools is a plus)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and operate independently
