Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Surulere, Lagos

Reports to: Facilities or Operations Manager

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide maintenance staff.
• Assign daily repair and upkeep tasks.
• Check equipment and building for problems.
• Work with contractors when needed.
• Keep safety and maintenance records

Skills & Qualifications

• OND / HND qualification in a technical field (e.g., Electrical or Mechanical Engineering).
• 2+ years of maintenance experience.
• Good leadership and problem-solving skills
