Job Title: HR Business Support Personnel

Location: Maryland, Lagos

Summary

• We are looking for a proactive Associate with experience in recruitment, client support, and administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities
• Maintain clear communication with clients
• Support learning and development initiatives
• Provide administrative support for recruitment and client services
• Ensure accurate documentation of HR and client processes
• Use digital tools for task management and reporting

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree
• Up to 3 years post-NYSC experience in HR
• Good oral and written communication
• Client management skills
• Knowledge of learning and development tools
• Proficiency with digital and IT tools.
