We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Head of Business

Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Reports to: Chief Executive Officer (CEO)

Job Objective

• The Head of Business will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations, strategy, and growth of the organization.
• This role demands a results-oriented leader who can drive efficiency, ensure effective cross-functional collaboration, and lead business transformation initiatives.
• The ideal candidate will play a critical role in executing the company’s vision and expanding its market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily business operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
• Develop and implement strategic plans aligned with the organization’s goals.
• Collaborate with department heads to set performance targets and monitor outcomes.
• Analyze internal operations and identify areas of process enhancement.
• Support and guide teams in Sales, Marketing, Finance, HR, and Customer Service.
• Oversee financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and resource allocation.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and industry standards.
• Identify growth opportunities and oversee business expansion projects.
• Champion a culture of performance, accountability, and innovation.

Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (MBA or professional certification is an added advantage).
• Minimum of 5–7 years in a managerial role, with strong experience in operations, business development, or strategic planning.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex business processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and business performance tools.
