We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Technical Systems Analyst (Client-Facing Agile Delivery)

Location: Lagos (Remote)
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities
Stakeholder Engagement & Communication:

• Serve as the main liaison between clients and engineering teams
• Lead client meetings, gather requirements, and clarify use cases
• Defuse misalignment, manage difficult conversations, and resolve delivery tension professionally
• Provide timely updates, meeting notes, and decision logs

Systems Analysis & Agile Documentation:

• Translate business goals into clear workflows, system diagrams, user stories, and specs
• Maintain project boards (Jira, Trello, or Notion) with updated tickets, priorities, and blockers
• Write clear functional and technical documentation — including acceptance criteria, user flows, data structures, etc.

Technical Competence & Solution Design:

• Understand and interpret technical documentation, APIs, data models, and integration workflows
• Have key participation, coordination, and ownership in architecture, technical, and implementation discussions with internal teams and clients
• Anticipate technical challenges and ensure business requirements are aligned with system capabilities
• Support QA and testing processes by clarifying edge cases, system behaviors, and data flows.
• Ensure that proposed solutions are technically feasible, scalable, and aligned with client needs
• Collaborate with developers to ensure design and implementation remain faithful to agreed specifications

Project Planning & Execution:

• Create and manage project timelines, iteration plans, and release schedules
• Coordinate delivery tasks across teams and ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Support project budgeting, proposal writing, and resource planning in collaboration with leadership
• Track risks, follow through on escalations, and ensure on-time delivery

Requirements

• Have 3+ years of experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Technical Systems Analyst, Implementation Consultant, or other relevant roles
• Have a deep understanding of the full SDLC — from ideation and requirements through testing, release, and support
• Can confidently and accurately discuss technical concepts like APIs, integrations, workflows, data flows, backend/frontend flows, software architecture (surface level), and deployments — even if you don’t code
• Are fluent in Agile methodologies, including backlog grooming, sprint/iteration planning, and release management
• Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in anticipating issues before they become blockers. Can handle multiple projects and stakeholders at once with grace and structure
• Have experience writing client-facing documents, including proposals, meeting summaries, cost breakdowns, user manuals, and PowerPoint presentations.
• Are emotionally intelligent and able to manage client relationships with maturity and tact
• Bonus: You are certified in Scrum/Agile (e.g., CSM, PSPO, PMI-ACP).
