Job Title: Project Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from conception to completion.
• The successful candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering and project management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from start to finish
• Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets
• Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Monitor progress and report to senior management
• Identify and mitigate risk.

Requirements

• HND / BSc Degree in Civil Engineering
• 3+ years of experience in project management in construction or roofing company is required
• Professional qualification in Civil Engineering
• Strong knowledge of construction principles and practices
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Must reside on the Island or in very close proximity.

Salary
N300,000 gross per month.
