Job Title: Nigeria Business Solutions Lead

About the Role
We are seeking a Business Solutions Lead — an elite problem solver with a razor-sharp analytical mind and a deep understanding of business ecosystems.
This role requires a high-performing professional with experience at the level of the Big Four, capable of leading business transformation, unlocking value, and building enduring stakeholder relationships.
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and executing strategic business solutions, leading solicitations and proposal development, and managing relationships that drive organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end problem-solving across the business, providing evidence-based, scalable solutions to operational and strategic challenges.
Oversee the preparation, submission, and follow-up of proposals, bids, and solicitations — ensuring compliance, timeliness, and competitive positioning.
Analyze complex business scenarios and provide actionable insights to executive leadership.
Build, manage, and nurture strategic relationships with partners, clients, and stakeholders across sectors.
Act as a bridge between strategy and execution — turning ideas into executable and measurable outcomes.
Coordinate multi-disciplinary teams and ensure alignment of projects with the organization's vision and goals.
Represent the organization in high-level meetings, with the ability to communicate ideas persuasively and with clarity.
Track and manage donor/partner pipeline, proposal timelines, and partnership opportunities.
Qualifications & Requirements
A First Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. A master’s degree or relevant professional certification (e.g. PMP, CFA, MBA) is a strong advantage.
At least 10–15 years of experience, ideally including work in a consulting firm or equivalent strategic/business advisory role.
Proven experience leading solicitation/proposal development processes, from opportunity identification to submission and negotiation.
Exceptional problem-solving, analytical thinking, and business reasoning capabilities.
Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills, with a deep understanding of how to navigate complex ecosystems (government, private sector, donors, etc.).
Outstanding written and spoken English; able to write compelling proposals, reports, and strategic documents.
Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable — with the ability to work under pressure and tight timelines.
Salary Range
N1,500,000 - N2,000,000 monthly (based on experience).
