We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Field Marketing Agent

Location: Ibadan, Oyo
Employment Type: Contract

Job Summary

• To execute direct marketing activities for a travel agency by engaging individuals and corporate clients in strategic places like Institutions, Small Business Owners, Shops, Offices, Colleges, Banks, Insurance Companies, Market Places etc promoting travel products, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily field marketing to promote the agencys products and services
• Identify and engage potential individual and corporate clients
• Represent the company in meetings, exhibitions, and promotional events
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients
• Develop and submit daily/weekly marketing activity reports
• Support the managing consultant in implementing campaigns and lead generation strategies
• Follow up with leads, close sales, and ensure after-sales customer satisfaction
• Conduct market intelligence and gather feedback from clients
• Meet monthly sales targets and contribute to revenue objectives
• Stay up-to-date on current marketing trends

Experience and Qualification

• Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing or related field
• 1–5 years of relevant experience in field sales or marketing
• Must Reside within Ring Road,Oluyole, Challenge, Felele area of Ibadan

Compensation

• Commission Based Job
• 50,000 Naira/month on Incentives during the 5-month training period depending on location of Market Areas
• 80,000 Naira/month after training + performance-based bonuses
