Job Overview

• We are looking for a motivated and proactive Social Media and Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team.
• This person will play a key role in managing and expanding our online presence, driving engagement through strategic social media and other digital marketing efforts.
• The ideal candidate will have a combination of marketing expertise and social media experience, and be passionate about driving results through digital marketing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize our social media presence across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Create and implement effective strategies to engage with target audiences, particularly potential students.
• Actively participate in relevant online groups and forums to attract and engage potential students, not just posting on our own social media pages.
• Develop and schedule content (posts, stories, videos, etc.) that is aligned with our brand and educational goals.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns for our online courses and programs.
• Support the recruitment process by promoting and managing campaigns that drive enrollment for our courses.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in social media, marketing, and the online education industry.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, Digital Marketer, in a similar role with a strong focus on social media strategy.
• Solid understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) and how to leverage them to achieve business goals.
• Experience with online marketing, digital advertising, and content creation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, and other relevant marketing tools is a plus.
