Job Summary
We are seeking a creative and data-driven Digital Marketer to lead and execute online marketing efforts for our hotel brand.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing digital campaigns that attract new guests, boost bookings, and enhance our online presence across all digital platforms.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing guest interactions from arrival to departure, ensuring an exceptional and personalized experience at every touchpoint.
You will handle guest inquiries, resolve complaints, coordinate services across departments, and follow up on feedback to continually improve our service standards.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and feedback
Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, F&B, and other departments to fulfill guest needs
Monitor guest preferences and maintain guest history records for personalized service
Assist with bookings, special packages, and concierge services
Conduct post-stay follow-ups to gather feedback and encourage repeat visits
Contribute to service improvement initiatives and suggest enhancements to the guest journey
Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote the hotel’s brand, services, and offers
Manage the hotel’s website content, SEO, and performance analytics
Run and optimize online ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, etc.)
Create engaging content for social media, email newsletters, and blog posts
Coordinate with sales and reservations teams to align promotional efforts
Monitor key metrics like website traffic, online bookings, and campaign performance
Manage the hotel's online reputation and respond to guest reviews on platforms like Google, TripAdvisor, and OTA sites
Stay updated on digital trends and competitors within the hospitality industry
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field
2 – 4 years of digital marketing experience (hospitality experience preferred)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and a guest-first mindset
Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.
Strong content creation and social media management skills
Knowledge of SEO/SEM and digital advertising best practices
Excellent communication, creativity, and project management skills
Experience working with hotel booking engines and OTA platforms
Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation.
