We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Graphics Designer

Location: Ikoyi, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role

• As a Graphics Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and brand-aligned assets across digital channels, including static and animated content.
• Your designs will help communicate our value proposition, improve user engagement, and support key campaigns across marketing, social media, product, and brand.

What You'll Do

• Branding and Visual Identity: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to develop and maintain a consistent brand identity that aligns with our brand.
• Digital Design: Produce digital assets for web and mobile platforms, including banners, icons, illustrations, and graphics for social media.
• Print Design: Develop print materials such as brochures, flyers, business cards, and promotional materials that communicate complex financial concepts in an accessible and engaging manner.
• Data Visualization: Transform complex financial data into clear and compelling infographics and visual representations that make it easier for users to understand.
• Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with cross-functional teams to ensure design consistency and feasibility of implementation.
• User Research: Conduct user research to understand design preferences and user needs, integrating these insights into your design process.
• Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to ensure our design approaches remain fresh and innovative.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Candidates should possess  2+ years of experience as a Graphics Designer in a Tech, Fintech, or Digital Marketing environment.
• Proficiency in design and animation tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro; or equivalents like Figma, Blender, Canva Pro, etc.).
• Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work, including branding, digital interfaces, data visualizations, and print materials.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and take feedback constructively.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and visual, to effectively present and explain design concepts to cross-functional teams.
• Motion Graphics experience would be an added advantage.
