They have created very effective yet simple application with a systematic way for people looking for their next property together with up-to-date property information, quick contact buttons. This service is available for free to end users all day long.

Our founder has been in the finance and real estate sector for over 30years and was one of the stakeholders of findaproperty UK bought over by now Zoopla.

Job Title: Marketing Executive - FAPA

Summary

• We are looking for a results-driven and innovative Marketing Manager to lead the marketing and brand-building efforts of FAPA – the first pan-African property portal serving all 54 African states.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for crafting and executing strategic marketing campaigns to establish FAPA as the go-to platform for real estate listings, property services, and market insights across Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy tailored to diverse African markets.
• Build and maintain a strong, consistent brand presence across digital and traditional channels.
• Lead content marketing, digital advertising, social media, and email campaigns.
• Identify and nurture partnerships with real estate professionals, agencies, and stakeholders across Africa.
• Manage and mentor a marketing team while coordinating with designers, developers, and external vendors.
• Monitor performance metrics and optimize campaigns for reach, engagement, and conversion.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree
• 2 - 5 years proven experience in property tech, real estate marketing, or regional brand expansion.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and content creation.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• A deep appreciation for the diversity of African markets and cultures is highly desirable.
