Job Title: Spare Part Warehouse Officer

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Spare part warehouse officer to join our Engineering team in Lagos.
• This role is vital for managing engineering spare parts, maintaining accurate documentation, and ensuring efficient inventory control. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory of mechanical and electrical spare parts in the engineering store.
•  Keep accurate records of parts requisition, issuance, and receipts.
• Maintain service reports, maintenance logs, and other engineering documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and assist in preparing purchase requisitions for replenishment.
• Support the engineering and production teams with timely access to required components.
• Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards within the store.
• Use MS Excel and, where applicable, ERP or inventory systems to update records.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: minimum of OND in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: minimum of 2 years of experience in engineering stores, inventory control, or documentation in a manufacturing or industrial setting.

Technical Skills

• Basic understanding of spare parts, mechanical, and electrical components.
• Proficiency in managing spare parts records, requisitions, and issue logs.
• Experience with store software or ERP systems is an added advantage.
• Strong command of Microsoft Excel.

Soft Skills:

• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Reliable and proactive in data entry and record keeping.

Physical & Work Conditions:

• Must be willing to work on-site in an engineering or production setting.
• Ability to move around and stand frequently during work hours.
• Must be disciplined, safety-conscious, and a team player.

Salary
N80,000 Monthly.
