Job Title: Portfolio Manager

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Overview

• As a Portfolio Manager, you will design and manage tailored investment strategies as well as fiduciary products for clients, focusing on fixed income mandates and optimal portfolio performance.
• You will collaborate closely with clients to align financial goals, monitor the markets, and deliver superior investment outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customized investment strategies
• Manage mandates involving fixed income securities
• Conduct client meetings to assess objectives and recommend portfolio options
• Monitor financial markets for data-driven decision-making
• Collaborate in product distribution and sales efforts
• Mentor junior team members to enhance team capacity
• Prepare periodic performance and regulatory reports (SEC compliance)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
• CIS certification or a Master’s degree is an added advantage
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in a reputable asset or fund management firm
• Strong understanding of fixed income markets and financial instruments
