Job Title: Client Account Associate

Location: Victoria Island, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Client Account Associate to join our dynamic consulting team. Please note: This is not an accounting or bookkeeping role.
  • This role is for professionals experienced in client relationship management, business consulting, and strategic advisory.
  • As a Client Account Associate, you will play a crucial role in managing key client relationships and ensuring the success of our consulting engagements.
  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and leverage your business expertise to deliver strategic insights and solutions to clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Conduct in-depth needs analysis and provide strategic recommendations to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Develop high-quality deliverables, including presentations, reports, and proposals.
  • Manage multiple client engagements and projects simultaneously, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
  • Coordinate and oversee project execution, team collaboration, and client communication.
  • Actively participate in client meetings, workshops, and presentations to foster client engagement and trust.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services within existing client accounts and collaborate with the business development team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging business insights.
  • Support and mentor junior team members when needed.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; an MBA or postgraduate degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in client relationship management, business consulting, or advisory services.
  • Strong background in strategic planning, business analysis, and project management.
  • Demonstrated success in managing client accounts, delivering consulting services, and driving client satisfaction.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and influence stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic, data-driven approach.
  • Sound business acumen and an understanding of diverse industries and market dynamics.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and project management tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.

Salary
N200,000 / month.
