They are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Title: Content Creator

Overview

• We’re looking for a Content Creator to drive online engagement and boost sales by creating irresistible content and managing our social media pages.
• If you love storytelling through visuals, enjoy selling sweet things, and want to work in a creative digital environment, this role is for you. Do you have what it takes?

Qualifications & Skills

• A Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred but not required)
• Proficiency in Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube and WhatsApp Business.
• Strong photography and video editing skills (with your phone or basic equipment).
• Graphic design skills using Canva (or similar) and video editing tools like Adobe Pro, Final Cut, CapCut, etc.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Conversion-focused copywriting skills, especially in creating catchy captions and product descriptions.

What Does the Role Entail?

• Capture, edit, and create visually appealing content (photos, videos, reels) of products and behind-the-scenes moments.
• Design engaging graphics and layouts for social media using tools like Canva or similar.
• Plan and schedule content calendars for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, WhatsApp Business, and Pinterest.
• Respond to DMs, comments, and enquiries in a timely, helpful, and warm tone.
• Monitor social media insights to understand what content works and tweak accordingly.
• Collaborate with marketing efforts to align content with promotions, seasons, and campaigns.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience in e-commerce, online customer service, or social media handling.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or other tracking tools.
• Prior experience in food, hospitality, or product sales is a plus.
