Serve as the first point of contact and liaison between the MD and internal/external stakeholders, clients, and partners.
Manage the MD's complex calendar, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the MD.
Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries on behalf of the company.
Greet and welcome all guests/client with a positive and professional attitude.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital.
Coordinate meetings, events, and conferences, including preparing agendas and minutes.
Take minutes during board meetings and other high-level meetings.
Develop and manage budgets, track expenses, and process invoices related to the MD's office.
Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
Assist with personal executive tasks as needed to support the overall performance of the MD.
Build relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and board members.
Undertake and support the managers or the team in a variety of special projects involving internal and external parties including researching activities involved with any of the company’s the project.
Stay attuned to the luxury brand voice and assist in communications, brand-related tasks, and special projects when required.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operation of the office and on all company project.
Ensure the MD’s office is neat and tidy at all times.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Perform special duties as assigned by the MD.
Track and follow up on action items, deadlines, and project milestones on behalf of the MD.
Requirements
A minimum of Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Administration, Business Administration, or other relevant social science. Master’s degree in relevant field is an added advantage.
A minimum of 3-5 years practical work experience as an executive assistantto a high level executive.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent decision making and strategic thinking skill.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent time management skill and ability to be proactive at all time.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and click up work tool.
Ability to multitask and work with little or no supervision.
Must be professional and have a friendly demeanor.
Preferred Candidates:
Ability to work under pressure and must be self-motivated.
Experience working in a fast-paced office environment.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Excellent Customer service experience. A certification in customer service is an added advantage.
Have an understanding of architectural design and experience in construction industry is a plus.
Must be Tech Savvy and also have an understanding all social media platforms.
Salary
N100,000 - N200,000 Monthly.
